Our young team of chefs, headed by Holger Rusch, attach great importance to using locally grown produce. “The quality of the product is the starting point for our creations in the kitchen,” says our head chef, who sources not only premium products, but also basic ingredients such as herbs and vegetables from the local region.
Creative, Mediterranean, and simply delicious
Our tomatoes and herbs are grown in our own garden, and we also harvest our own potatoes. Asparagus comes from the next-door farm. We buy goat’s cheese from the local producer in Nussloch.
